Produced by John Frost, Andrew Lloyd Webber, David Ian and the Really Useful Group, The London Palladium production of The Sound of Music opened in Australia in December 2015, directed by Jeremy Sams, starring Amy Lehpamer, Cameron Daddo and Marina Prior.

The original Broadway production won five Tony Awards out of nine nominations with sell-out seasons internationally.
